this is me at the stupid blue papaya restaurant. their menu had lots of awesome stuff on it but not what we wanted, which was brownies. so, we picked a bunch of other deserts--tiramisu, chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, apple pie... but, guess what? all they really have is "lemon cake" which i am holding up with a displeased look on my face. the fork literally squeaked when i placed it into the "cake." it was super nasty and barely edible so i barely ate any. mary's cappuccino was cold, too. warning to all concerned: when traveling in lijiang, do not stop into the blue papaya. |
